It’s clear that in the majority of instances they’d pick the first alternative if someone had to pick between feeling happy or feeling miserable. Their inner world change is also going to have an effect on their outside world, not only will you feel awful on the outside when you feel horrible on the inside, but when you feel happy on the inside you will feel amazing on the outside as well.
And through perceiving the world around them otherwise and feeling distinct, it will have an effect on how other people react to them.
The Other Encounter
Instead, if one is unhappy it’s necessarily going to have a distinct effect on their life. What’s happening interior will be distinct and this will play a role in how they perceive the external world.
Their behavior will shift and how they are responded to by other people is also going to transform. One might wind up wondering what the stage of life is and they could squander their time because of this.
If this is something which occurs every now and then, it’s likely not going to have too much of a negative impact on the life of someone. it’s not something which can be prevented and being miserable is part of being individual.
But if one always feels not happy, then it will have a negative impact on their life. Being miserable is something that many individuals will have become used to and it might appear as though this is just part of life.

At first, one may attempt to avert how they feel, but this is going to a have negative effect on their life in the long term. The head will do everything it can do cease one from feeling the pain, when mental pain is experienced.
This can result in denial and a true reflection of what is taking place at a deeper level does not mean that this is it, while one may feel joyful on the surface.
Feeling happy is subsequently another type of avoidance or ‘positive thinking’. Emotionally one could be great, but their mental health will endure.
For instance, loss is when one losses something and having to experience despair is a part of life. If one has lost a relative or someone they’re close to, they will need to work through their pain and to confront it.
That fact that life is not long is not relevant; this grieving process isn’t something that you should prevent. Through facing one feelings, they are going to slowly move through their pain and they are going to have the ability to experience happiness once more as time passes.
This is the route to get on, if one needs to be healthy and happy. In the short term it isn’t always the simplest choice, but it has lasting and amazing long term gains. Choosing to be happy will in result make you an overall happier person in the same situations you would normally crash and lose hope in.
And if one is finding it hard to deal with their emotions, then it’ll be significant for their sake to seek some sort of help. This could be from some sort of healer or a therapist.
