Prior to using the Tria Laser, I never had removed hair from my legs or arms with any kind of laser device; instead I always removed hair the old fashioned way with a standard razor, which only yielded temporary results.
I was given a Tria Laser 4x Hair Removal Device as a gift. It is a beautiful white/gray color, which gives the device a professional appearance. The Tria also comes in other colors, such as green, peony, lilac, graphite, turquoise, lavender, fuchsia, and blush. Personally, I like the white/gray color, because it is a neutral color and matches my home’s décor.
The Tria Laser is a revolutionary hair removal system, because it is the first laser device that has been approved by the FDA for in-home use. For many years, dermatologists have used the same kind of diode laser technology to remove hair at its root, preventing hair from ever growing back. Now, with the Tria 4x Laser, people can experience the same professional results in the comfort of their own homes and remove hair in an easy and convenient way without having to visit a dermatologist’s office and pay thousands of dollars for hair removal treatments.
The Tria Laser 4x can be used on the face, underarms, bikini area, legs, and can be used on a variety of skin tones. I have only used the device on my legs and have found it to be quite easy to use and love that it allows me to permanently remove unwanted hair in my own home without needing to spend time and money at a dermatologist’s office.
Upon using the Tria Laser for the first time, it can seem a little difficult to get accustomed to the device and how it functions, but after reading the instructions and watching some online videos demonstrating how to use it, I was able to get off to a good start and easily apply the laser to the hair on my legs. To begin, I turned the device on by pushing the power button and the LED panel lit up. There are five settings that are designed for maximum comfort and effectiveness. Now, I know that in order to achieve the best results, it is recommended to let the Tria run on the highest level, but from my experience, I think it is better to start with the lowest setting and work your way up to the highest setting to allow the skin to get used to the feel of the laser. The other end of the appliance is flat, round, and sends out electrical impulses that help to remove hair from its root. The Tria also includes a charger that plugs into a normal wall socket and a stand to provide support, while being charged.
The first time I used the Tria Laser, I placed it on one of my legs and held it on a particular area until I heard two beeps, then lifted it from my skin and placed it on another area, repeating the same process. The tiny electrical jolts did cause some discomfort initially and I was not used to the way the laser felt on my skin. I did not see notice immediate results after the first use, because it is necessary that the laser be used every two weeks for about three months in order to see long lasting results.
I think that the Tria Laser 4x Device is an effective way to remove unwanted hair from the face and body permanently without having to pay thousands of dollars at a dermatologist’s office. The Tria Laser 4x is a little expensive, about $449.00, but in my opinion, it is well worth the money, because the results are permanent, the device is easy to use, and there is no other in-home laser hair removal system that I know of that is more effective than the Tria Laser 4x. Personally, because the skin on my legs is a little sensitive, I do not like the feeling of the small electrical jolts and still prefer to use a standard razor. Yes, I know shaving does not permanently remove hair from the root, but it works for me and is relatively painless, however, if you want to experience permanent hair removal, the Tria Laser 4x is the perfect choice.
