If you’re looking to have fun in the sun, make sure you keep your skin protected. Sun can be healthy for the skin because of the vitamin D it provides. However, too much sun can cause skin cancer and premature aging.
Find a product that you love and use it. I use sunscreen with at least at an spf of 45 with UVA and UVB production. UVA protects against aging and damage to the skin, while UVB protects against tanning and darkening off the skin. Sunscreen products say it reflects the sun. It’s good type test your skin and see how it body reacts to the sun. I put sunscreen on one arm and left the other arm without it. Then I went out in the sun for about an hour. I found that spf 70 works best for me in sunblock to protect my skin and I didn’t get tan lines.
Brimmed hats are great type protect you from the sun. The hat will help keep the sun off you’re face and neck. Baseball caps don’t really protect your ears, neck and your whole face. Also oversized sunglasses are a perfect way to protect your skin around your eyes and prevent immature aging.

If you’re able to stay out the sun, The best time to go out is before 10am and after 4pm. The sun is the hottest between 10am and 4pm reports weather sources. If you do spend long times in the sun make sure you use sunscreen and reapply every 2 hrs.
