A teachers gift does not have to be expensive. It can be as simple as a piece of paper and a personal poem written to the teacher. It really makes for a personal special gift. It helps your child to use some of the skills that they have been taught over the year, and the teacher will be happy to see them put their skills to work. Sit with your child and help them write it out.
Gardening pot and seeds
Even if teachers don’t like to plant flowers they are sure to like this gift. The best part is that when they plant the flowers they will always think about their students. You can buy a simple flower pot and have your kids pick out some seeds, and gloves. Then you can have your child write a personalized note to the teacher, and put it inside. No need to wrap this gift you can just put the card on the bucket and place on the teachers desk.

Teachers love beach bags, and can always make good use out of it. You can find the beach bag at the dollar store and then go to your local Walmart store for the towel. If the teacher has a sweet tooth, you and your child can visit your local candy store and buy a bag of the teachers favorite candy. Of course if you don’t know what type of candy is the teacher’s favorite you usually can’t go wrong with chocolate, or a nice variety of candy. Place all of the candy in a jar, and place a bow on top.
