IDX, LCC recently reported adding new features to its IDX Broker Platinum software platform. According to IDX, along with incorporating a WordPress plugin, enhanced map results, and additional widgets, the design of actual searches are now more highly controlled and offer more customization options.
A new Platinum WordPress Plugin, which is free, allows WordPress users to automatically coordinate existing web designs with IDX.
The changes also incorporate a Polygon Saved Link tool. The gadget helps real estate professionals avoid promoting inaccurate MLS data while honing in on specific geographic parameters through a graphic interface and enhanced keyword searches.
Map searches are now more streamlined regardless of a user’s map zoom level, and widgets are set to be more responsive to mobile users, the company says.
Improvements have also been made to the API, allowing for more efficient API version testing and lead traffic access.
Featured listings now include client details on printable pages and more limited search results, while search pages themselves can be sorted by new listings, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
The control panel is now simplified for easier navigation, more efficient updating, and more user-friendly account access.
“These new enhancements are driven by customer feedback and are part of IDX, LLC’s commitment to deliver the most customizable, integrated IDX solution on the market today,” the company says.
