My entire family suffers from back pain. Scoliosis seems to run in our family’s genetics. Each of my aunts and uncles complain about issues with their backs. My mother often times has to stay in bed for an entire day due to her spinal issues. As I grew up, I too began experiencing back pain. My doctor informed us that I showed signs of Scoliosis.
As a teenager, I constantly had to adjust my lifestyle in coordination with my spinal issues. From constantly trying different styles of backpacks to missing out on playing any team sports, I was always trying to live with chronic back pain. These issues would flare up at any given time with almost no notice. Throughout my life, I discovered many ways to relieve these symptoms.
One may be surprised to learn that one of the simplest solutions to chronic back pain is proper stretching. While stretching sound like a good way to give you back pain, properly stretching out the muscles can actually relieve symptoms and even prevent them from occurring. Simple stretches like toe-touches can adjust the muscles in the back as well as the spinal cord itself. Each case is different. Ask a health care professional which stretches may help your case. This is one of the most effective ways to relieve constant pains.
While muscle rubs and ointments can help in many cases, I never found success with them. These ointments only irritated my skin and never really did anything for my pain. One medicinal method worked for me. Simple use of a daily multivitamin can prevent back pain from ever occurring. Most issues of the muscles and bones can be attributed to diet. The average human being only consumes a fraction of the vitamins and minerals their body requires throughout the day. A daily multivitamin could be the answer to your back pain.
Often times back pain can be due to vertebrate shifting. As these vertebrate shift out of alignment, often times the act of simply cracking your back can help realign them. While I wouldn’t recommend letting just anyone pop your back, anyone with massage experience can help you. If nothing else, some stretches can help pop your back without the help of another person. This method is among the fastest ways to find relief for spinal pain.
There is no proven method to totally eliminate back pain. While many of these methods have help relieve my issues, I still face scoliosis. These tips are not meant to cure any issues, only treat the pain associated with spinal or back injury. I’ve found great success in using these methods. While I still have back pain, I can usually stop it with one of these methods. I do not allow my spinal issues to control my life anymore.
