by yak max

An old Scottish saying goes something like this:

Whit’s fur ye’ll no go by ye!

It means, “What’s meant to happen will happen.”

It could also mean, The Ryder Cup is happening this year in Scotland and you have a chance to experience all the fun and drama.

Once again, Premier Golf, a Georgia-based company is the licensed partner of the PGA of America that will make sure you get to and from Scotland and The Ryder Cup, all while having the time of your life.

Premier Golf has been handling these trips to The Ryder Cup for 25 years.

Since 1991, Premier Golf has been licensed as the only official source for Ryder Cup travel packages. They have sent more than 25,000 people to golf’s greatest event. Premier Golf is currently offering all-inclusive travel packages to the 2014 Ryder Cup which will take place at Gleneagles in Scotland in late September.

Premier Golf is ready to go in 2014 with the recent addition of Bill Hogan, formerly of Wide World of Golf joining the Premier Golf team. Hogan is known as the foremost expert in global golf travel and his title will be International Director of Premier Golf.

“We are ecstatic about Wide World of Golf joining our team,” says Jim Ward, President of Premier Golf. “Bill Hogan brings a tremendous experience and expertise, and, to further enhance experiences of our international travelers, we plan to add even more support in our Ireland and Scotland offices.”

A trip like this could be a “bucket list” item or even the perfect buddies trip.

While for many, this may be a once in a lifetime experience, Ward says they have people that want to go every two years..

“We have people and couples that make the trip with us every two years. It’s has become a little family, and since we do all the work and take the stress out of attending this huge event, the feedback we get is overwhelming positive.”

The Ryder Cup is always a special event, but this year it appears to be even more special.

The 2014 Cup will be contested on the Jack Nicklaus-designed PGA Centenary Course at the historic and beautiful Gleneagles Hotel. The staff at Premier Golf are indeed experts when it comes to international golf travel of this nature. Take advantage of what they have to offer and get to the 2014 Ryder Cup.
