I am not Martha Stewart by any means, but I do cook and I am not afraid to bake. My dishes are tasty and simple, but in order to make them I use my top six kitchen baking essentials, which are: a baking metal tray, spatula, ceramic Corning Ware, fork, knife, and a whisk.
The baking metal tray is my number one must-have baking utensil.
I use this baking essential every day to warm the food in the oven or cook meals from scratch. Most of my dishes are oven-baked; I rarely use the microwave for cooking.
The spatula is another essential utensil in my kitchen.
I use it to pick the baked delicious meals up from the baking tray to place them on serving plates.
Ceramic Corning Ware is my favorite to use for baking particular dishes, like meatloaf and stuffed peppers and cabbages.
It is deep, sturdy and ceramic and very useful for deep dish cooking. Also, Corning Ware looks very attractive and presentable, which enhances the dining experience.
The fork is a must-have baking tool to taste the readiness of the cooked food.
I use it to pierce potatoes (skin baked ones) and to check the readiness of baked goods.
The knife as sharp as a razor is essential to have in my world of baking.
It works like a charm all the time and makes my life easy. How else would I slice my oven-baked meat?
The last, but not the least tool, is a whisk.
I use it for quick mixing of eggs, ground meat, mashed potatoes, and sauces.
I hope all the above will make you a better cook, in general. Good luck!
