Hello, Today I’m gonna share some tips on how to find and market click-bank products in a way that will help you convert more and make more money. Getting started is usually the toughest part. Hopefully these tips will help you on your journey!
First, you obviously are gonna want to find products related to the customer base that you are marketing to. For example if you have a website about “dogs“, you are gonna want to promote products about dog training, dog health, or something similar. With that being said… since there is such a variety of ways that you can promote click-bank products, I’m just gonna go over some simple hard and fast rules that I follow, when deciding to promote a product on click-bank.
The first thing I’ll do is , collect all the products that fits in my niche and then I begin to sift through them. Some factors I consider are, first I go to the products website, and then I’ll ask myself would I buy this product? Am I enticed by the sales-page or does it turns me away? Your impression will be more than likely, similar to other people going to the website. So if it doesn’t sale you…it likely won’t sale others either. Secondly, I search through the websites for things like “ad-sense ads” or other ads on the sales page that are not gonna pay you as the “affiliate“. Also look out for other things that are not gonna help convert the sale such as, links to other websites, the vendor heavily promoting their own affiliate program, or anything else that will lead your visitor away from the sale.
You don’t wanna spend your time sending a visitor to the vendor’s page, making them money and not you. Third, read the sales letter, study it. A beautiful website means nothing if the copy on the page is poorly written, and is full of bad grammar. Now assuming the products that you’re considering…past those tests, here’s some other elements that I consider.
1) What’s the payout? How much money will I make for promoting this product? Will it be enough for me to make a profit if I can sale 1 out of 100 visitors?
2) How popular is the product? If it’s ranked number-one in it’s category in the click-bank marketplace, it may mean that it will convert well, but it may also mean that it’s highly competitive, meaning it may have over-saturated the market. So keep that in mind.
3) Do the product have any up-sells/reoccurring payments? You can find this type of info on the click-bank marketplace. I usually prefer these types of products, as it allows you to make more money. Some people tend to look at all of the technical data such as gravity and history. I’m not going to discuss that at this time. Once you’re more advanced, then you can look into those things if you like. Also remember that you can test out different products against each other. You should and don’t worry about finding the perfect product right off the bat.
Marketing with click-bank involves trial and error. So you will likely need to test out selling different products anyway. So I would like to leave you with one last tip that I use to find products to promote on click-bank and this one that I don’t see used to often, but it can really make all the difference for you. The tip is to contact the vendor. This has been my secret for awhile now and it really pays off. Most vendors are eager to help you succeed in promoting their products. Some vendors offer unpublished bonuses or prizes, and many have additional marketing tools for you to use. So it never hurt to ask your vendor about these things. Make sure you reach out to the owners of the products you’re interested in promoting. Just the fact that they are involved and willing to help you is a good sign that their product is worth promoting, and they might have some great marketing insights for you as-well.
So I hope this article help you in your effort to find and promote products on click-bank. Thanks!
