I’ll start off by stating that video games are an art, of course this is my opinion however it’s an opinion that I feel is best stated beforehand. Now on to the good stuff! These two games I am about to talk about are most likely going to be my most played games of 2014-2015.
- 1. Dragon Age Inquisition – Wow. That is all I can say when I saw the gameplay for this game or should I say masterpiece. My breath was simply taken away when my eyes received the masterpiece that I saw. As a fan of the Dragon Age series and anything Bioware produces for that matter I can say happily that I was not disappointed. Not only does it look like they improved on the combat mechanics, it looks as if they improved it tenfold! I honestly hope that the story will be better than the second Dragon Age, alas we shall find out. I will definitely be purchasing this game on the first the day it releases!
- 2. The Legend Of Zelda – When I heard this announced at E3 I wasn’t sure what to think. I haven’t played a Nintendo game since Twilight Princess, so of course I was a bit skeptical at first. Boy oh boy was that skepticism undeserving, The Legend of Zelda may not have had any official gameplay however that only shows how much of a masterpiece this game will be! In my honest opinion I feel Nintendo won E3 with just this reveal alone. The Legend of Zelda simply owned that stage when it came on, between link riding his horse while riding away from some unknown evil and link shooting that said evil with an arrow to the face I just don’t know what was more epic! Simply put I highly doubt the new Legend of Zelda will disappoint anyone.
These are the two games I am anticipating the most; of course these two masterpieces in the making won’t be the only games I get next year. Hopefully with this article I encouraged someone somewhere to at least look at these games.
