I belong to the people who believe that our inner side is far more important (and more powerful) than our outer, physical side. If you master your inner self, you will be able to work with your conscious and subconscious aligned. This is the first step to creating your reality with your mind. The above words are a result of my own meditation which I practiced for the last 7 years. I am slowly and gradually working to increase my experience on the subject of meditation, day by day.
This article is a result of my experience and my own research on very credible sources like this meditation website. I want to show you why you need to meditate these days. You don’t have to reach the highest levels of the gurus in Nepal, you only need to enter a relaxed state for a few minutes every day. I believe you owe it to yourself and your spiritual side.
So, why you need to meditate (or just relax every day for a few minutes)? Because it will help you find some peace of mind and some calmness but most importantly it will drive negativity away. You can achieve that If you keep focusing on positive thoughts, on things that make you happy or situations and incidents that make you laugh etc. You only need about 10-20 minutes of relaxation per day. Try to seize every moment of your meditation to help you keep going and overcome all obstacles.
If you meditate often, then happiness will expand and affect your entire living, your reality, your everyday life. This supreme feeling will not just last for a few minutes (while you meditate) but it will be with you during the day. In order to expand the feeling during the entire day, you will need experience. Your experience level will rise slowly and steadily if you meditate often. Masters in meditation, experience happiness many hours a day because they have reached these higher level of meditation (after long years of training).
After your first meditations (if you haven’t done it before), you will feel that something wonderful is created inside you. A small flame will start burning. It is your inner self who starts to take shape in your mind. You want to make sure this shape/image is a joyful one. Make sure that it brings back happy memories. As you keep meditating, your inner powers will start to become more and more visible to you. Your awareness about what you really can do, will increase.
Usually, there are hindrances when you start to communicate with your inner self. You might encounter resistance. If this happens to be the case, you have to keep going and overcome the obstacles with faith. Happiness from within does not happen overnight. It is a series of constant fights. Try to win as many of them as you can. Just keep it going no matter what. Consistency is another keyword for success with meditation. If you keep meditating without paying too much attention to the obstacles, then you can rise to higher levels easier.
When I say that you will rise in higher levels I mean that you will become more and more aware of your psychic powers and your talents (we all have special talents).
As the Eastern philosophers say: “If you start a journey and you keep it going without changing you destination, then you might end up where you wanted to be…“
My purpose when I wrote this article was to inspire you to keep meditating (for experienced people) or to look meditation from a different angle (for non-experienced). Give this spiritual exercise a chance if you haven’t already. I hope my purpose is fulfilled. His motto is “You are not your body…“. I believe he is worth checking.
