Knowing about “The Secret” is great but knowing how to use the secret is what will make a difference. How can you use this idea to create the life that you want and have the things that you want? The point of “The Secret” is to show people how they can have all of the things that they want and show them how to get it. I want to outline the basic steps you need to do in order to use “The Secret”.
Step 1- You need to be grateful for the things you already have. If you focus on how much you do not like all the things you have, you will never have anything better. If you put out negative, you will only receive negative back. Try making a list of all the things you are grateful for read this list every morning when you wake up and every evening before you go to bed.
Step 2- Create a list of things that you want in your life. For instance, if you want to make $100,000 per year, write on your list, “I earn $100,000 per year.” Personally my first goal had to do with my body and my problems breathing, my goal was, “I have a strong and healthy body and breathe easy every day.” Just a few days in I can already feel a change. Remember there are no limitations. Some people say it is easier to start with something small but for me I prefer to start with those that are the most important.
Step 3- After you have created your list, you need to focus on that list each and every day. Take the time to focus on each item on your list, repeating it 15 to 20 times to yourself. Visualize what it would be like for you live each of the items on your list. Feel what it would feel like if you were in those situations right now. Focus on the items on your list all throughout the day.
Step 4- Stop any negative thinking. Remember whenever a negative thought tries to creep into your head that what you put out is what you will get back. What you think about most is what you will become! Change your thoughts. You can do this by listening to a happy song or watching a silly video. Do whatever it takes to change the negative thoughts in to something more positive.
Step 5- Believe that you are worthy of those things that you desire. You must believe that you deserve the things you want or you will not get them. They will show up but because you do not believe you deserve them you will not be able to reach out and grab them so you must remember to believe that you deserve them.
If you begin to use these steps in your life you will start to see a huge change. Try this for thirty days. Take control of your mind only allow it to think about the things you want it to think about! Stay positive and don’t worry about how you are going to get what you what just know that you will get them!
