A Brief Background
I am a 28 year old male who until recently never had an issue with acne, much less experienced it’s embarrassing and socially debilitating effects. As a teenager I grew up eating tons of junk food, failed to wash my face after exercising, and did just about everything a person is not supposed to if he or she wants to maintain a good complexion; however, much to everyone’s probably dismay, I did manage to keep a good complexion throughout my teenage years and early 20s.
When Did It All Begin?
My acne did not start until I was 23, and it did not start on my face. My issue started on my scalp and was always aggravated after exercising or being in the heat as a result of the sweat and oils being released form my pores. Being the fact that I live in Florida, I could not escape it; furthermore, exercise had been a important part of my life since childhood and I refused to give in to the embarrassing blemishes on my head. So what caused it?
What Caused My Scalp Acne?
After having gone to scores of dermatologists, doctors, and even a few rounds of acupuncture, no one could give me a straight answer. I was told it was everything from psoriasis to folliculitis, one doctor even told me it was an autoimmune condition. None of them got it right and the drugs they prescribed me did nothing but make the condition worse than it already was. I was on my own. I did my research and discovered a few things that worked in clearing up my condition. However, there was one “potion” that worked more effectively than anything else. The potion is made and applied by using a three step process which is real simple and works like a charm.
Special Ingredients that Can Treat Your Acne
Acne effects different people in different ways. Mine was triggered by my sweat, so naturally, I put this potion on before I work out and then apply it once again after my work out. It is effective and simple. I would recommend applying this potion before and after the event that triggers your acne. Please note that this mixture is very pungent and I do not recommend going anywhere until the mixture dries, as the bad smell diminishes after it dries; furthermore, sweat triggers the smell.
1 part Rose Pedal Witch Hazel
1 part Tea Tree Oil
Small Spray Bottle
Directions: Combine equal parts Witch Hazel and Tea Trea Oil into spray container. Shake vigorously before each application. Spray on entire scalp, not just effected area. Rub in vigorously.
I hope this works for all of you!
NOTICE: THIS MIXTURE WAS NOT TESTED ON MY FACE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PUTTING IT ON THEIR FACE. I ALDO DO NOT RECOMMEND MIXING IT WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. PLEASE CONSULT WITH A DERMATOLOGIST BEFORE USING THIS MIXTURE. I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND I AM ONLY SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
