10 Steps to Reduce EMF
1. Buy an EMF Necklace- Everyone has heard of Q-link. With Sympathetic Resonance Technology (SRT) the necklace will help you function better, increase your energy, and neutralize EMF.
2. Buy an EMF Detector- You can search on Amazon. It takes one 9 volt battery, and has three lights. They are green (safe), red (dangerous), and yellow (warning). It helps you detect how strong the EMFs are -so you know where it is, and what the safe distance is.
3. Buy EMF Neutralizers- You can buy these small units called orgonite. All these devices function as EMF neutralizers; they work within certain areas. In our house our entertainment center generates the most EMF via wireless, television, and other devices. We installed a safespace unit to neutralize all the EMF in that area.
4. Buy EMF Neutralizers for Phones- Everyone uses a cell phone and thus the need for an EMF neutralizer. They neutralize the radiation the phone transmits to your ear. They are very small stickers.
Studies have found that DTEC (Digital Electronic Cordless Telephones) phones are even worse than cell phones. They transmit at a lower wavelength of 100 Hz as opposed to 217 Hz from a cell phone. The lower the frequency of the phone the more harmful it is to your health.
5. Avoid EMF Hotspots- To do this you must buy an EMF detector. Understand to always be 50 (164 ft) meters away from power lines that is the safe distance. For neighborhood power lines the distance is 30 (98 ft) meters.
6. Sit 2 ft Away From All Electronics- Avoid getting too close to surge protectors, pencil sharpeners, and microwave/convections ovens. Never get 2 ft near TVs or household appliances.
7. Used Wired Connections- Less EMF is transmitted by wiring your computer to your router- it is healthier.
8. Unplug at Night- You want to sleep with almost no EMF; so power down your surge protectors, and anything transmitting EMF. I suppose you can keep your alarm clock plugged in, but keep them away from where you’re sleeping- at least 7 ft away.
9. Go Outside- What some people forget, living in society is that we are -in fact- a part of nature. Go outside get the 7.83 Hz frequency of the earth; it is otherwise known as the Schumann Resonance.
