Stress can bring on health problems; it’s important to learn to recognize the signs before things get out of control. Stress can affect your mind, body and behavior in many ways, everyone experience stress differently.

If you’re experiencing symptoms see your doctor for an evaluation. Stress can be control by focusing on you. When you are feeling sad, angry, or overwhelm calm down, take a deep breath and relax. Stay focus; remain positive that you can handle situations as they occur in your life.
I remember meeting a deadline on my job years ago as a teller; we were given goals to complete for the month. This was hard and stressful, because of the busy activity and focusing on customers transactions. I stay positive and found ways to implement the product to the customer when I identified the need, such as, introducing the ATM card (automatic teller machine). My customer was happy about using the bank machine after the bank was closed.
Stress in the workplace is unnecessary; Try hard to build a rapport with your managers and co-workers; have group meeting about how to manage stress and build communication skills in the workplace. Follow directions and work on projects together to get the job done effectively.
When the morale was down in the workplace, I focus on myself, and continue to get the job done. During my lunch break it gave me time to relax; sometimes I left the building and took a walk to calm my nerves. I wrote down suggestions during our group meetings so that we could work as a team.
Stress is a part of life, whether its financial, family problems or the workplace, we can control how we focus on daily problems in our life. When you are feeling stressful take time to find something that makes you happy. Find a hobby that you enjoy and go for your goals. Remember your health is at risk, and stress is something that can harm your body in many ways, focus and stay stress free.
