The fourth step I used to lose weight was to change my diet. I cut down on the amount of fatty and sugary foods that I ate. I also, refrained from eating approximately two hours before bed and cut down on my dairy products prior to bed. Dairy products are good for you, but you should consume them preferably with lunch. I also would a few small meals a day instead of eating a large breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I you’re going to eat a salad which will help, use low fat dressing or a small amount of dressing.
