I can’t think of anyone who has not heard of Hooter’s, they have been very popular for several years and for several reasons. The atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious and last but not least there are those really young, really attractive waitresses in their uniforms that don’t leave much to the imagination.
Here are a few of their recipes so that you can enjoy their food without having to go out and afford the cost of dining out, drinks and tips included can get costly at times.
Hooters-style Buffalo Wings – I can remember when wings first came out as an appetizer, they came with cool ranch dressing and they were a big hit. I personally think there is not enough meat on them for all the trouble you have to go to and so I prefer the boneless style which you can find Here. This recipe really is served up in the traditional style with carrot and celery sticks and of course the cool ranch dressing. I like to make my own ranch dressing and it is a huge success with my family and friends, but you can use your favorite store brand.
Hooters Pasta Salad – This salad is made with the very colorful rotini pasta, I like this type of noodle because the dressing can get inside the twirly noodle and it holds the flavor really well. You can find this pasta made out of vegetables for a healthier version which is how I like to make it. You will be making a vinaigrette dressing for the pasta and it is served on top of a bed of lettuce, which adds to the overall appeal of this recipe.
Hooters Buffalo Shrimp – If you love having the best of both worlds that is exactly what you will get with this recipe. The sweet flavor of barbecue sauce that you might traditionally have on chicken is coated on big fat jumbo shrimp. A great time saver is to buy the shrimp that have already been peeled and deveined, tails removed and you will be a few steps ahead of the game. These are really easy to make and delicious to eat, just make sure you make enough of them because they a quick to disappear.
Did you know that there are 435 Hooters restaurants in 46 states and 22 countries? That’s right and you can read all about their history and get their 72 recipes that is offered in their “The Hooters Cookbook” where there are over 80 full color photos provided so you can see what this delicious food looks like.
Other ways to enjoy Hooters is to visit their Hotel in Las Vegas as well as the numerous charities they sponsor and the sporting events as wells. These are just a few of their recipes, I hope that you will enjoy giving them a try.
