Hollywood is perpetually is in buzz mode and this years Awards season was no exception. Now that the speeches are over, as well as the rain, we are back with the most talked about Oscar suites and the goodies the celebs, VIPS and all of tinseltown’s finest were lapping up the goodies.
Here are the Buzziest Suites:
GBK- On the rooftop of the L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills:
GBK-Gavin Keilly’s GBK was the first at of the gate for weaving in charitable causes, and this years was no exception. GBK had the classy lady, talk show host and actress Holly Robinson Peete shaking hands for her Hollyrod Foundation, which offers help and care to those families living with autism and Parkinson’s disease, guests received autographed copies of the award winning book, ‘My Brother Charlie,’ written by Holly and her daughter Ryan. Also benefitting were the nonprofit JB Dondolo, Inc, The L.A. Kitchen and the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, committed to raising funds for Juvenile Diabetes. Airweave, a Japanese company of premium bedding toppers and pillows, was the first stop for the VIPS who then got to peruse a whole array of various talked about products. Greta Russo’s Celebrities with Pets, Support Ur Pets with fun leashes was a popular stop. Beauty products included: Crave Collection beauty products, UK’s HD Brows, Very Pretty Skin products, Eminence eco friendly skin care products and Obagi Skin Health Institute’s laser hair removal certificates. Guests munched on Angie’s Boomchickapop Popcorn, and sipped Peets Coffee and Tea coupled with Magnolia Bakery Cupcakes, and took home a gift certificate card as well and then sipped Newman’s Own Wine. Other cool products were, BLOW flavorful e-Hookah, Activz healthy food powders, Tervis American made thermal hot and cold cups, Artist Rebecca Suriano’s ‘Wine Me?’ simply gorgeous custom made wine glasses, Cami Wraps hip bra pockets, Alto Collective I phone luxury wood cases, Duck Commander Meals by Food Supply Dept, Soul Electronic Headphones, Fiamma Jewelry, Sweet Bandz headbands, and Nora Sahraoui’s Xela Fashion lovely scarves, Whew. And if you get tired from that, ABC Limo gave out certificates to get you to the airport to go to Mexican Palace Resorts, which gave out stays at their Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. Glenn Harris’s Arabia Escapes was there also with their Middle Eastern vacays. GBK was filled with celebrities, so all in all, another GBK home run!
WOW! Creations Lifestyle Gifting Suite at the Luxe Hotel:
WOW! always has fun, interesting peppy suites which this one most certainly was. Fun goodies included; Zumer Sports drawstring bags, Radar Watches, Bubba Gloves, Gary Red Brand Apparel, My Body skin care, BrVelle Candles, Four Rose Bourbon, Dog Puppa Nutter peanut butter, Advocate Corey Taylor’s, Los Vegas’s only talk show for teens, Krystal Klear Under-Sink System certificates, Vance Family Soy Candles, Virant Health and GliSOdin supplements and Marcia McManus’s stylish ties. On3 Productions Backstage at the 2014 Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica:
Samantha Haft’s On3 is uber plugged in each and every suite this prestigious company does. Breyers came through in a huge way; they made a charitable donation for each celebrity that stopped by the lounge. Guests were super buzzed by the Crunch 1-year memberships. Crunch has the most innovative and buzzed about classes in exercise obsessed Hollywood land. Crunch urges all to get your sweat on! Breyer’s new popular Gelato Indulgences had Angela Bassett gushing, as well as terrific actor Will Forte and his mom Patricia. VIP’s sipped Dark Horse Wine, the official wine of the Spirit Awards, Jeremy Renner seemed to be enjoying it, as well as the Manito Linens travel pillow and eye mask, New Balance had their Fresh Foam 980’s, Rosario Dawson was a fan. The Secret Room Events Red Carpet Style Lounge at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills:
The Secret Room always has talked about lounges and this was A plus. The Red Carpet Style lounge benefited the SpcaLA, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles. Hollywood folks are crazy about their pets so much dog love was shown. Majestic had their stylish and comfy dog beds, Voyce technology for dogs, Goofur for cats, saving Sadie dog-stuffed animals. Accessories included Stunning La Corza fine jewelry which greeted guests, the ultra hip 2 (X)IST iconic design watches, Pat O’Brien loved his, Ronaldo’s fine handcrafted jewelry and Betty James lovely handmade jewelry. Hollywood Events worth a mention:
The worthy Venice Family Clinic honored respected ICM’s Chris Silbermann with their Humanitarian Award at the Beverly Hilton. Ruth Ziegler and Dr. Jonathan Fielding were also honored. The fantastic Pointer sisters sang and entranced the VIP crowd. This worthwhile clinic provides free health care for those in need. Guests left with bundt cakes from Magnolia Bakery. A terrific night for a wonderful cause.
Ted Johnson, Senior Editor at Variety and husband Actor Stewart Scott feted the authors, Amie Parnes and Jonathan Martin of the new bestselling book “HRC.” “HRC,” tells the story of Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. Amie and Jonathan are well-respected journalists in Washington. Amie is the White Correspondent for The Hill, and Jonathan is the White House Correspondent for Bloomberg. A political soiree that was a intriguing mix of LA and DC!
