Some think it to be just a myth, but the length of my hair is proof that trimming your hair on the new moon causes it to grow! It’s unbelievable how much my hair grows after trimming it during the new moon phase. I researched the moon phases and tried it out for myself; it worked!
Growing up, the length of my hair fell below my waist. Once I became a teenager I asked my mother to cut it shoulder length. I never had a problem with my hair growing long until I advanced in years, then the process seemed to creep along.
At present, my optimum hair length goal is for it to grow below my breast; after researching the phases of the moon, and trimming my hair during the new moon phase, my hair grows so fast it’s almost unbelievable. I foresee achieving my hair length goal very soon!
First, I wash my hair to make it straight and to determine the length of my hair. Then I trim my ends until even; approximately 1/8 to 1/16 of an inch off of the ends. If you already have even ends, trim approximately 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch of hair off the ends. Await the next new moon and repeat the process.
Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
After trimming my ends I apply Organic Coconut Oil to my scalp and hair on a weekly basis. I simply adore the shine that Organic Coconut Oil gives my hair and the aroma of the oil is sensational. I use Organic Coconut Oil to aid in my hair growing longer and in receiving all its additional benefits.
- Excellent moisturizer
- Great for split ends
- Skin moisturizer
After using organic coconut oil for a few weeks I’ll switch up and use another one of my favorite oils.
Optimum 6 in 1 Miracle Oil
I prefer 6 in 1 Miracle Oil to Organic Coconut Oil because it’s much lighter, however, I alternate from time to time reaping the benefits of both.
Optimum 6 in1 Miracle Oil contains:

It can also be used as:
- Hot oil treatment
- Leave -in conditioner
