A strawberry cocktail is a light drink that is perfect for the afternoon. The recipe for this strawberry cocktail is very simple, and you do not need many ingredients. The ingredients needed are:
2 cups of strawberries, tops removed, 2 tablespoons of water, ¼ cup of orange juice, 1 bottled of chilled Proseco (or any dry sparkling wine of your choice), and 1 orange, sliced into rounds.
Puree the strawberries and water in a blender. In a pitcher, combine the strawberry mixture, orange juice, sparkling wine, and oranges.
You can garnish the drink with mint sprigs.
This cocktail has a very strong- and to some, overpowering- taste, and it might not be for everyone. The ingredients needed are:
¼ cup agave nectar, ½ cup water, ¾ cup thinly sliced sorrel leaves, 4 limes, quartered, and 40 ounces of chilled seltzer.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the agave nectar and water. Once the mixture has cooled, pour into a blender and puree with the sorrel. Pour the syrup through a sieve into a bowl and discard any solid pieces. Squeeze the lime quarters into a large pitcher. Add the sorrel mixture and the seltzer.
Serve the drink over ice and garnish with lime rounds thinly sliced. You can also add gin to the recipe.
Sangria is a type of beverage that is very popular in Spain, and it is considered to be a cross between wine and punch. There are many ways to make sangria, and every recipe has its own uniqueness. The ingredients needed to make this recipe are:
