If you spend any significant amount of time outdoors, your eyes can suffer without proper protection. Windy conditions, low humidity and exposure to bright sunlight can cause your eyes to dry out fast. Wearing sunglasses when you go outside will protect your eyes from these harsh elements. It will also keep irritants like pollen from getting in your eyes and causing further dryness and inflammation.
