If you are very hungry, you may have a third serving of protein while you are getting into ketosis. Do not have anything else. NO fruit, vegetables or salads – nothing else until you are in ketosis. Then follow the crash diets exactly as written.

Dip the colored strip in a fresh urine species or pass it through a stream of urine. If Your Strip Is Medium Pink, you are in small or moderate ketosis, which is where you want to be. If the strip shows pale pink or beige, you are not in ketosis.
