If you surf the web with your Pantech Ease phone, you may want to clear your cookies from time to time. These cookies are stored in your browser and usually help speed up loading time. In some cases, you might need to clear your cookies. The “Clear Cookies” option is a bit difficult to find in your Mobile Web app, but this article will help you with locating the option and help you with clearing the cookies in your Pantech Ease browser.
You will need to begin with opening your browser. Locate your Mobile Web app and tap it to open it. When it loads, make sure that it is on your home page. If it’s not on your home page, tap the Options button in the left corner and tap the Home option. That screen will close and you will be redirected to your home page.
From this page, you will need to tap your Options button again in the bottom corner. This time when the screen changes, you will need to scroll through the screen until you find the Settings option. Tap that option to open the Settings menu.
Now you will need to scroll through this screen until you get to the very bottom of the screen. Once you have reached the bottom of the screen, you will see the “Clear Cookies” option. Tap that option and the screen will change again. This time you will be asked if you really want to clear your cookies. In the left corner of your screen, locate the Yes option and tap it. Give it a second or two to erase all of your cookies. It may take a minute or so depending on the speed of your phone and how many cookies are stored on your phone.
If you need to erase your history as well and need help in doing so, please take a look at my article on how to delete your mobile web history on the Pantech Ease.
