If you enjoy watching the crime-based television shows, you are certainly not alone. Each season brings forth new shows, new dynamics and new lines into the mix that traps you for yet another night. My favorite channels by all means are the ID channel and National Geographic.
Blood Relatives: Offers a glimpse into the crimes of passion, hate, greed and control within families as they fight by night and work by day. It high lights crimes that children take against parents, spouses and vice versa. While the narrator does seem to be a bit boring, the lines add suspense and dimension to the show.
48 Hours: Hard Evidence: The crime is done and the police are aware. Time begins clicking down as detectives fight to find the culprit of the crimes with the hopes of shutting down the investigation within the first forty eight hours. It is said that beyond those hours’ stories, facts, wittiness’ and more become less likely and much harder to come by. While most crimes are completed within the first forty eight hours, there are still those who are put upon a shelf as they begin to gather more evidence.
Lock-Up: A rather interesting show that delves into the lives of those who have committed crimes and been proven guilty. These inmates, convicts or many other titles they go by provide an insight as to the daily lives of living in prison. While some appear to following the rules and make the most of it, there are still others who have committed crimes while behind bar. These additional crimes include, assault, murder, gambling and gang affiliation selections and actions.
Lock-Up-Abroad: A truly fascinating look about living in prisons outside of the United States. Sometimes you are able to view a glimpse of the facilities. The main topic in this show is concentrating on the crimes that put them there in the first place. Most of the shows deal with drug dealing and smuggling drugs across borders. Those who get caught are not allowed to leave the country and often show remorse for getting caught. In most causes the only remorse they show is remorse and not anything else such as preparing for their futures, accepting the responsibility.
There are many other shows on prime time that deal with these issues. There is never a dull interest in watching crime television. Select your favorite shows and make sure you have a recording device that can record them for you to watch
