Add, alternately, sieved flour and eggs.
Line a cake tin with greased paper.
Pour in the cake mixture.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 300-325 degrees Fahrenheit for 60-70 minutes.
Let it cool a bit before turning out of tin.
When cool, cover the cake with topping made by mixing all ingredients and finally binding with milk.
Spread the mix over the cake and put it under a very slow grill until brown. Browning should be slow so that the topping does not scorch.
Serve the cake warm and soft. Cut the cake into small pies and store them in refrigerator. Every time you want to serve, heat it in microwave for 1 minute. That makes the cake soft and the caramel melt in a bit to give a yummy flavor.
Relish the yummy caramel topped cake! Give your kids an extra pie for every mischief that they sacrifice!!
Children need fats and calories! Children exercise and play a lot. Hence they won’t lose out on health benefits of walnuts, butter, brown sugar, coconut, eggs and cream. Brown sugar is best replacement for sugar as advised by doctors because it is less processed. Coconut has lot of proteins, fiber, vitamins (A, B, C, & E), builds muscles and prevents dehydration. Cream is a good source of energy in kids. Butter provides rich nutrition for eyes and skin. Walnuts are loaded with proteins and vitamins. The bleached flour won’t add to the calories because of the strenuous activity that kids undertake in their daily mischief. For adults, do a weekly work-out for 2 hours for cutting down the extra calories.
