A grounding exercise is a meditation with which you can utilize the earthly powers and this will connect you with your “Center”. Now, your center is that thing that is always there during emergencies. To have a good connection with your Center means you are stronger, focused and determined to conquer your goals.
In this article I will talk about my favorite grounding (meditation) exercise, that I use at least 3 times a week to empower the connection with my Center. This meditation has helped me discover more of my inner self and the world around me. And you guessed well, our world is not what it seems. But let’s talk about the grounding exercise step-by-step.
First Step: Retreat to your private space.
If you perform spiritual workings often, then you owe it to yourself to have a private area/space where all these workings will take place. This might be a room in your house or an area in your bedroom or a safe place outside your house. It is important not to get distracted during the grounding exercise so you’ll need a quiet place. Recommended times for this kind of meditation are early in the morning or right after the Sun has set.
Second Step: Meditation preparation.
After you retreat in your personal space, take a relaxed position and start breathing (normally) for 2′-5′ minutes. Then close your eyes and slow down your breathing. Start observing the breathing process. Let it be slow and relaxed.
Third Step: The main visualization.
By now you should be able to sit in a relaxed position in your private area. After you relax (following the advice on previous step), it’s time to perform the main grounding visualization. Create an image of a big strong steel chain that is under your commands. Start visualizing the chain connected to the base your spine (the center of your grounding). Next imagine the chain dropping down 300 meters/feet below the surface of the Earth (Yes, deep inside the surface of the Earth). Then, feel grounded and connected to the Earth and your Center.
Fourth Step: Sensing and returning to reality.
Stay there imagining the visualization above for about 2′-5′ (make it 10′ for experienced individuals). Feel/Sense the stability and peace your connection is bringing you. While in that stage you can communicate with your Center requiring guidance and enlightenment. Be humble. Then after you are done with the main visualization, slowly and gradually return back to your relaxed state in your personal space. And then back to reality.
Perform the exercise above for at least 3-5 times a week and you will start changing the way you see/understand things inside you (and outside). You will be rewarded with wisdom, peace, abundance, enlightenment and many more. I hope you enjoyed my article.
