Get a juicer. You do not have to spend over 100 dollars. There are some good inexpensive juicers out there Jack Lalanne has a great juicer for under $100. Once you get it, you should start juicing the first thing in the morning. That’s the quickest way to cleanse the body.
#2 Colon Cleansing
In my experience, colon cleansing is a vital step to losing weight fast. You never know how much unwanted waste you’re carrying around in your colon. Imagine carrying around 50 pounds of accumulated waste or even half that amount. One single cleanse and you can possibly lose half of the waste you have!
#3 Eat More Fruits and Veggies
Try to fill yourself with tons of healthy fruits and veggies. What helped me the most was eliminating meats for a while and adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. The more fruits and veggies you eat the better. You’ll definitely get full and your appetite for fatty foods should diminish.
#4 Eat Raw Foods For 30 Days
Eat more raw foods. Hey, I saw a big difference after 7 days. It’ll have an immediate effect on the way you look and feel. Raw and dried fruits are great. Raw and dried veggies will do the trick also.

Drinking water. This is as simple as it gets. Hydration is a must for our bodies to function properly. Our bodies consist of mainly water so we’d like to keep it that way. Water cleanses everything and keeps you fresh.
