Lots of people gain weight quick because they snack so much after their meals. If you quit this snacking you can lose a lot of calories. You will lose even more if you are exercising as well! Here are 3 strategies to quit the snacking.
1. Brush Your Teeth: After you are done eating, you should drink some water then brush your teeth. Who wants to eat after brushing your teeth? Snacks will taste nasty after brushing your teeth, and it will give your body awhile to digest your food and tell you you aren’t hungry anymore.
2. Chew Some Gum: Have you ever drank some pop after having gum in your mouth? Well if you haven’t, it tastes gross. All you need is 3 pieces of gum a day to keep you from snacking and keep you eating a healthy limit.
3. Exercise!: When you have that urge to snack, just exercise! Go for a run, most of the time once you get back from the run you will be more thirsty. Make sure to drink water after also. And if you are still hungry after exercising, then you should probably eat.
