This Las Vegas attraction is located only 2.48 miles away from the Palace Station Hotel. This family friendly museum is full of awesome activities for children. The Discovery Kids Museum has tons of interactive exhibits. The Water World exhibit allows children to experience water in a new way. They learn about how to redirect the flow of water, create currents, and how a dam works.
Other exhibits consist of the following: Fantasy Festival, Eco City, Toddler Town, and Young at Art. This is one of the Las Vegas attractions which changes their hours for the summer. Their summer hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Regular hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. And Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This museum is closed on Mondays during the regular season. General Admission is $12 for ages one through ninety-nine. Children under the age of one get in for free and elders who are over one hundred years old get in for free also.
