We’ve all had days where things catch up with us. We try and cope and just get through it all but it seems too daunting a task. It’s in these moments that I found what works best for me, and its YouTube and Pinterest!
There have been times where I just need to be distracted. My mind tends to race and I feel overwhelmed with the never-ending stream of consciousness that I’ve been gifted with. Even while sleeping, I feel as though my mind is never at peace. Perhaps I should be looking for a better fix for what ails me, but honestly, this is the best solution I’ve found. Watching videos of babies laughing or scouring the humor or animal boards on Pinterest to look at funny pictures of animals lifts my spirits exponentially. With a couple of giggles, I’m better; my armor is in place for the next battle.
My favorite “baby laughing” video has over 21 million views, and it’s no wonder. This baby boy’s enthusiasm and out-of-breath giggle can crack even the worst of moods. What do you do to chase away the blues?
