*Eat the biggest meal at lunch so you have more time to burn it off.
*Try not to eat close to bed time, so that your body has more time to burn it off.
* Apple Cider Vinegar can cut an appetite . D rink one-two tablespoons in a glass of 8oz water 2-3x a day) . It is best to drink 20-30min before or after a meal, not during. This helps keep the acid in your stomach so it dissolves the food faster.
*Eat NOTHING WHITE! (no pasta, rice, bread, bagels, cake, muffins etc..) Only eat brown or whole wheat or spelt.
*Stay within serving sizes (good portion is the size of your fist) .
*Fruits are great snacks and make awesome smoothies! Berries are best because of the antioxidants and lower sugar.
*Make veggie or fruit trays already washed and cut, or prepackage in baggies.
*Use honey or agave as a sweetener if must, agave preferred (lower in sugar).
*Spelt bread/pasta preferred otherwise whole wheat or multi -grain.
*Eat Yogurt ! Great for your belly. Try greek yogurt and make sure it is low in sugar.
*Granola Bar s can be great snacks or dinner on the go. Try to get something low in sugar high , or make your own bake -free with all the ingredients you like.
*Flaxseed is high in fiber and also has omega 3 (good fat), add to any meal once a day. Some people are sensitive to this . I f you are , th en take a fish oil supplement, or flaxseed oil, or some kind of fiber powder.
*Keep a few microwaveable meals for those days and when you just dont feel like cooking. Morning Star is a good brand otherwise check for calories and fat.
*If you can juice, JUICE! Try carrots, they are great for many different things for your body otherwise buy some -ALL NATURAL .
*70% or more fresh foods a t a meal (fruits, veggies)-raw is best.
* Hand squeeze lemon, orange etc. and pour in ice cube tray & freeze for Popsicles. Yum!
