It’s spring time now. I feel that this is the season for rejuvenation. Over the winter, I gained some weight. Now is the perfect time to shed the holiday weight and look great for summer. I get a lot of good results from my combination of different methods crafting it to be my own.
My unique style for loosing those dreaded pounds is a combination of the applesauce diet, baby food diet, calorie counting, nutrition, exercise, and being consistent. I lost 25 pounds using this combination of diets and exercise. I alternate the applesauce diet and the baby food diet each week. I also made sure to keep my calorie intake below 2000 calories. Plus, I go for walks, do sit ups, leg ups, jumping jacks, free weights, and squats.
I use the applesauce diet to help satisfy my hunger. I eat it for breakfast and as snacks throughout the day. Also, it is important to make sure to count the calories you take in from the applesauce. The good thing about applesauce is that it can be high in fiber and is filling. Eating the cinnamon applesauce has benefits too. Cinnamon helps to control blood sugar levels. I alternate between regular applesauce and cinnamon applesauce.
I use baby food for breakfast and snacks. It’s low in calories and tastes good. I can be picky about some healthy foods not tasting good. The baby food versions of those foods taste better and make it easier to eat healthy. As with the applesauce diet, it is important to keep track of how many calories you are ingesting.
It may be overused, but calorie counting actually works. I’m a young woman and I try to keep my calorie intake below 2000 calories and not lower than 1500 calories. By doing so, I help to not over eat. It’s not unhealthy to have a calorie intake like that as long as I eat nutritious foods. I never extreme it to where it becomes dangerous.
Nutrition and exercise are another very important part of my weight loss. I eat high protein foods, vegetables, fruits, and some carbs. It’s healthy to balance the food out. Also, I will eat a small amount of high cocoa chocolate a day for my sweet tooth. I do a lot of exercise too. I will do sit ups in sets of a hundred and go on four mile walks.
