-Apple juice helps to maintain your blood sugar levels. This helps prevent morning sickness. Keep apple juice by your bed and drink it through the night, if you wake up.
– Do not eat fatty foods because they take longer to digest. This can bring on the nausea. Also, avoid eating spicy or acidic foods. They can irritate your stomach. It is best to stick to bland foods.
– Avoid things that trigger nausea. This includes heavy perfume or flickering lights. Even changing positions in bed quickly, can bring on sickness.
– Lemon candy is great way to relieve morning sickness. Keep some by your bed, in your car, or purse. You may want to also keep some in your desk at work. Try not to eat too many, since it is not very healthy.
-Eat healthy snacks throughout the day. An empty stomach can make you to feel very nauseated. It is best to eat something every 2 hours.
