Drink Fruit Juices: Drink fruit juices with your meals. Do not drink water or tea. You will get the extra calories from the juices. At the same time, you will not feel full. Try not to drink too many fruit juices. It contains lots of sugar and will affect your overall health.
Load Up On Proteins: To gain muscle mass, load up on proteins. They will help you pack on healthy pounds. After weight training, eat a meal that is heavy on proteins.
Eat Three Meals A Day: Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be sure to eat on a regular schedule. This will ensure you’re getting enough calories every day. Make sure you also have two snacks between meals.
Eat Denser Foods: Choose denser foods, when eating. Eat whole wheat bread, oat bran, or rye. They will help you gain weight. At the same time, they are more nutritious than white bread. Eat more starchy vegetables, such as potatoes, peas, or corn. Try avoiding vegetables that contain mostly water. Bananas, pears, and dried, are better fruits to eat, when wanting to gain weight. They are denser and contain less water.
