There are a number of great places to get married in Boston.
Here is my list of the top 10 best places to get married in the historic city:
1. The Boston Public Library
The first place on my list of the top 10 best places to get married in Boston is the Boston Public Library. Over the years the library has been a place that often features couples saying “I do.”
2. Fenway Park
For couples who are fans of the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park would be a worthwhile place to have a wedding.
3. Boston Symphony Hall
The Boston Symphony Hall is another fun place for a wedding. The entertainment venue can host a wedding ceremony up to 380 people.
4. Museum of Science
If you are interested in having a wedding that offers an interesting atmosphere, then you should have your wedding at the Museum of Science. Wedding ceremonies are located in the Theater of Electricity. You may also book a live lightning demonstration for your wedding.
5. The Boston Opera House
Another place to get married in Boston is The Boston Opera House. This entertainment venue made my list because it is a historic place in Boston and provides an intimate atmosphere.
6. The Museum of Fine Arts
If you enjoy artwork, then you could have your wedding at The Museum of Fine Arts.
7. The Boston Public Garden
As anyone who is familiar with the Boston area knows, the Boston Public Garden is a beautiful place for a special moment. There are two things worth mentioning: there is a small fee to have a wedding at the garden, up to $100 for people who live outside of Boston, and you must have prior approval from the Boston Parks and Recreation.
8. New England Aquarium
You can also have a wedding at the New England Aquarium. You can have up to 2,500 guests.
9. The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University
Another place in Boston that would be fun for a wedding is The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University. It should be noted that you do not have to pay to have a wedding on the land, but the park will remain open for the public. Ceremonies are limited to 40 guests.
10. The Exchange Conference Center
The last place on my list is the Exchange Conference Center. I believe that this is a great place for a wedding because it is on the beautiful Boston waterfront. The conference center also has free parking for guests.
