We live in a society that focus too much on junk food and unhealthy lifestyles. A lot of people prefer junk food because of the great taste and the low price. Other people want to live healthy but they have the excuse that healthy food is expensive and they don’t have time to workout because they work a lot and they are tired. I will present you three tips to live a healthy life. Three tips that anyone can do.
1) Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks: In breakfast you cant eat oatmeal,eggs,fruits,orange juice or coffee. In lunch you can eat chicken, salad and fruits and water. In dinner you can eat salad,meat like chicken or turkey and vegetables and a glass of water. For snacks you cant eat greek yogurt, almonds,fruits,vegetables, veggie chips and healthy bars. This is important because if you eat frequently small meals then your metabolism will be faster. You should eat every 2 to 3 hours.
2) Take important suplements: You shold take Vitamin C, Echinacea,Omega 3-6-9 and L-carnitine. Vitamin C is important for the immune system. Echinacea also helps for a great immune system. Omega is very important for a healthy heart and also help to burn fat like some studies suggest. L-carnitine is important for the body to produce energy and for a healthy brain, heart and muscles.
3) Exercise 3 to 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes. If you have a very complicated life and have a lot of kids, you can take 30 minutes in the morning or in the night. You can program the alarm 30 minutes earlier or take 30 minutes in the night and take a walk with some friends. The important thing is to keep moving so you will have a healthy heart and a healthy life, also you will boost your inner self and your social life.
In conclusion, living a healthy life is not impossible. First, you should win the battle in your mind.
