Here is a great protein shake recipe that is just as nutritious as it is refreshing. This protein shake is called the “Sweet Watermelon Cream.” This sweet watermelon cream is great for breakfast or a post workout recovery shake. Another great benefit to this shake is that it only has 1 gram of fat.
1- scoop whey protein powder
8oz coconut milk
2- cups watermelon (chunks)
1- tbsp. honey
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy!
