1- Scoop Whey Protein
4oz Coconut Water
4oz Coconut Milk
1- Cup Pineapple (Diced)
1- Jalapeño Pepper
1- Tbsp Lime Juice 4-5 Ice Cubes
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy!
