This coffee protein shake is also great for a mid afternoon pick me up for those long afternoons when you start to feel tired.
1- Scoop whey protein powder
1- Tbsp low fat coffee creamer (your favorite flavor)
2- Tsp. organic honey
4-5 Ice cubes
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy
