Mustard oil contains a variety of nutrients, such as magnesium. It relaxes the breast tissue and reduces inflammation. Massage at least twice a day.
Flax seeds help alleviate breast pain. Take 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds a day. You can grind them in your blender and store them in your fridge. Make sure they are in an airtight container. They can always be added to recipes, such as salads or smoothies. You can also add them to ice cream or yogurt.
Cabbage leaves help get rid of pain and soreness. They also help reduce swelling. Just apply chilled raw leaves, over your swollen breasts. Then, cover them with a warm towel. Leave it on, for 20 minutes. This will, especially, work for women who are breastfeeding.
Ginger helps to remove the soreness. It reduces the inflammation and the accumulation of fluid. Just add a teaspoon of ginger to boiling water. Continue boiling on low heat for a few seconds. After ten minutes, strain the tea. Then, add one teaspoon of honey. Drink this at least three times a day.
