1- Scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla)
8oz Coconut Milk
1- Tbsp. Chai Seeds
½- Cup Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1-Tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseed
1-Tbsp. Organic Honey
4-5 Ice Cubes
