Sometimes you just can’t beat a refreshing smoothie on a hot summer day. Here is a great recipe for a smoothie called the “Banana Blitz.” This smoothie is really delicious and simple to make. Plus this banana blitz fruit smoothie has zero grams of fat so it is great for those of us watching our weight.
1- Banana (126g)
1- Container fat-free vanilla greek yogurt
1- Tbsp. organic honey
5-6 Ice cubes
Dash of cinnamon
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy!
