This occurs when you receive the unpleasant side effects of having a stroke. It can last anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours. Patients are not normally left with lasting damage after this is over. It still is quit unpleasant.
#10 Stress levels
You also want to ensure you are always managing your stress levels. Consider yoga and meditation as an alternative source of medicine to prevent risk.
This topic is extremely close to my heart. It makes me incredibly sad to realized I never even had the chance to meet my grandfather and it could have been avoided.
