The gym includes a pool, sauna, steam room, running track and child care. Classes range from aqua training to zumba, and they are repeated throughout the week at different times to give members a greater chance to participate. MyOasis is open six days a week, but you will have to find another facility to exercise on Sunday.

The Women’s Only Gym at Gold’s Gym is a separate facility that lets women exercise in private without men around. Its focus on weight loss has led to the development of 30 minute cardio workouts designed to fit into women’s busy schedules. The gym offers two free weeks for people interested in signing up for a membership, and there are drop-in workout fees that range from $19 for five classes to $39 for 20 classes.
