Next we head to Wallingford to visit Sutra, a little more on the pricey side but definitely worth the pocket change if it can be spared. The elaborate and beautiful servings will please the eye before pleasing the palate. This Ethiopian restaurant has a calming ambiance with 4-6 course meals and wine pairings. The small intimate environment puts you right at home with a staff ready to make your dining experience the best possible. With the menu going through changes every couple weeks it is easy to find something new and something for everyone, even those who are meat lovers.
