Revlon makes some great makeup including this eye shadow! It comes in a small palette of four colors and is a creamy consistency.
The palette says it’s cream to powder which means it applies like a cream and when dry it’s a powder. The set does not come with a applicator but your finger will work great for blending. This particular palette is best for blue eyes since it has orange hues. I like to put the bronze tone on the outer corners of my eye, the deep copper all over my lid and one of the two light colors on my brow bone to highlight and the inner corner of my eye. Take your finger and blend all three colors on your lid so there are no harsh lines.
The color lasts all day and is still bright by evening, just be aware of possible crease lines. I would recommend using an eye shadow primer before applying the cream in order to prevent creasing. I paid $10 for this palette from a local drug store and it’s well worth it! This eye shadow comes in a snap case which is excellent for traveling and the product will not spill or crumble. The only issue I have found with this product is that it tends to dry out my eye lids after a few days and my skin starts to flake. I’m not sure if its because I live in a cold dry climate or the product being worn too long. However I would still rate this eye shadow a 9/10 since it’s a beautiful color and lasts all day.
