I know when people hear “forgiveness is for you,” it sounds so cliche. However, forgiveness really is for you. Holding on to hate anger rage only causes yourself pain. Keeping this kind of stress and hurt within yourself doesn’t hurt the other person it only hurts for you. Don’t carry the weight of the world on your shoulders all for somebody else. Put the weight down and forgive, that doesn’t mean you have to forget.
Stress causes sickness, ailments and disease
If you want to live longer, stress less. Stress causes all kinds of cancer and causes pain in your joints and muscles. Do you really want to walk around in physical and emotional pain all over another person?
The best way to get back at a person was wronged you is to succeed
Anyone who has ever tried to do you harm would probably hate to see you doing better for yourself. If you really want to get back at someone, do better for yourself. Try your best in all things that you do and reach for your goals. Let go of the past and embrace the future. The future is right for you, make sure you see your future at its brightest.
When you don’t forgive someone it carries on to your present and future relationships. You don’t want to carry baggage into other relationships. It will hurt and tell them apart. You want to give a person all of yourself, and the only way you can do that is to let the past go. Do it for the ones you love, if you can’t do it for yourself.
One less problem
Some people bring all their problems with them as if it’s something beneficial. If it’s not helping you, lay it down. Carry positivity within yourself, and make one less problem for yourself.
