LA Tech Conference and Job Fair
Join a variety of tech companies at the first annual technology conference and job fair. This free event includes speakers from a variety of different universities as well as a job fair. Not only will you have the chance to learn what is going on in the field of innovation and technology but to also make contacts with at least fifteen different tech companies. This event is free and includes free parking. The LA Tech Conference will take place Saturday, May 31, 2014, at 9am until 4pm and will be held at The Los Angeles City Hall on the 3rd floor.
Woodland Hills Job Fair
This free event will help put you into contact with local companies who are hiring. The Woodland Hills Job Fair will be June 11, 2014, from 11am to 2pm at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills, CA. Register with Coast to Coast to find out which companies will be in attendance.
UX Career Fair
User Experience Professionals Association of Los Angeles (UXPALA) is hosting a free career fair Sunday, June 22, 2014, from 8:30am to 2pm in Santa Monica, CA. This special interest fair will have companies who focus on a variety of disciplines such as product and service strategy, design, research, and content and development. The fair will feature speakers who will answer resume questions for User Experience (UX) professionals, students, or people who are changing their career fields and will include a networking hour as well as the chance to meet with company recruiters and HR managers.
2nd Annual “Hope for the Future: Job & Resource Fair”
Riding off the success of last years job fair, the Hope for the Future hopes to have bigger numbers than its 30 vendors and 500 job applicants from last year. The event is free for both vendors and attendants. This event is hosted by the Catholic Charities of Los Angeles- Workforce Development Committee and will be on Thursday, July 10, 2014, from 10am until 2pm.
