Go Outside and Exercise
Vitamin D is needed to assist in the improving thyroid gland functionality. The best source of vitamin D is located right outside, high in the sky, the sun! Go outside and take a twenty minute walk, daily. This will not only improve your overall health, but your mental health as well.
