Everybody in the world has had some sort of situation where anxiety came into play. It’s obviously a part of life, but some have it worse than others. I personally know more than a few who have it pretty bad, but they are living through it. For some of them counseling helped a long with the helpful tips I will explain below. Everybody deals with anxiety in a completely different way. Some see anxiety as having butterflies in your stomach, and some see it as having panic attacks.
Remember to help yourself become calm and confident and you will kick those problems out of the park!
Best way to calm yourself is to play with something. Something that gets your mind off of the problems you may be facing is a great way to reduce your anxiety! One may think playing is childish, but nobody is too old to have fun! Go laugh, go jog, go to the park, and do something that involves physical activity! Laughter is a cure to everything and so is physical movement! After a long day of laughing and moving your body you’ll come to realize that it felt really good at the end of the day. The muscle sores will bring you right to sleep.
Health is extremely important in every day life, and not just for yourself. Having a healthy life creates a better environment around you as well. Your family won’t worry and it will be an all around happier life. Drink plenty of water, eat the right foods for the think you want to achieve, and obviously go exercise. If you want to lose weight then create a diet plan for that, and if you want to get bigger and stronger than follow a diet plan for that goal also. Remember everything is online… all you need to do is research.
Getting help from either friends or family is no shame. If you have a problem you’re facing you should seek a close family member or friend to comfort you! People feel good when they help somebody and in return you’ll feel better about yourself without keeping all the problems inside. Let the problems out! Nobody has a perfect life no matter how much they express they are happy. There are plenty of people I know that express happiness and put a fake smile on their face, but I know for a fact they aren’t happy when they get home. After some time I decided to seek them out and ask them how they are feeling. The talking between us completely changed the way she was feeling and she actually became happier and had a REAL smile on their face.
Stress is a big problem among the body and mind for sure. Everybody deals with stress and for someone who has anxiety this is a bit worse. Being stressful can cause panic attacks more often and you obviously wouldn’t want that! Don’t take on too many responsibilities and obligations so you can keep your stress levels on the low. You need to plan your schedule accordingly so you have free time to relax, laugh, and over all enjoy what you love to do!
I hope everybody takes these tips into consideration and realizes that nobody is perfect. You’re not the only one with problems! Seek some help and talk your problems out. Eat healthy and become healthy!
Put a REAL smile on your face not a FAKE one.
